What's your favorite series?Posted on 19 June 2008 at 1:37 PM
I'm interested in reading/watching new anime and manga this summer if I get the time?
Any suggestions? ![]() I tend to shy away from really popular anime, because I fear the fanbases. LOL. But maybe you can convince me that something popular would be worth a looksee.
+Anima is VERY awseome, has a small fan base, but only 10 Volumes. There was never an anime made, so +Anima lacks fame.

Tsubasa Chronicle is a good series. Although I think the manga is better than the anime. Red River is also a good manga series ... *__* And Basara is also an AMAZING manga series. Red River and Basara are both good if you just gobble up hot, steamy romance ... like me .. xD Rozen Maiden makes for both a good anime series AND manga series. They are both slightly different ... but a very cute and touching ... and sometimes even dark series. o_O
Lovely Complex was a series I just randomly found out about ... so I don't think it was all that popular but I thought it was cute and HILARIOUS. xD The concept was something that I hadn't actually seen used, before. Another romance .. >>;; And Ayashi no Ceres was pretty good ... well, I just thought Touya was hawt ... ;w; Meh .. I know I'm missing so many more, but perhaps you've already seen/read what I have suggested thus far. x.x
For manga, I really love Hellsing, Slayers, Tsubasa, and PH
Phantasy Degree. The Slayers anime is amazing too.
